New Schedule Change For Middle School

Much of the learning and instruction we currently have in place will remain the same and be based upon grade-level benchmarks and standards. However, we will modify the weekly distance learning schedule to allow a Flex Day at the Middle School level.

Effective Monday, May 11th, and every Monday until the end of the school year, Middle School Students will have a “Flex Day.”  This day will be used to get caught up on any assignments and to reach out to teachers for assistance.  Your advisory teacher will also check in with you this day.  Students will not be given any new instruction or assignments on this day.

We hope that providing a Flex Day will provide students and families with more flexible time in completing assignments and additional time to reach out to teachers, maybe provide some breathing room for you.  As always, please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.  We appreciate all of your efforts at this time and miss seeing the students.  We hope you are able to look after one another and are able to stay healthy at this time.
