Seven Hills Wins Minnesota Association of Charter Schools 2020 Innovation Award!

We have some very good news to share! At a Minnesota Association of Charter Schools virtual awards ceremony last week, Seven Hills received the 2020 Innovation Award in the category of Creating New Professional Opportunities for Teachers. We received the award as a result of our role in helping to establish the annual Minnesota Classical Education Conference. This unique professional development opportunity is designed for, and led by, practicing K-12 Classical education teachers who, prior to the inception of this conference, had no such opportunity to learn and share with one another.

Seven Hills hosted the 3rd Annual conference last year, and submitted the award application on behalf of our charter public partner school partners–Eagle Ridge Academy, Nova Classical Academy, and St. Croix Preparatory Academy–with whom we have cooperated in the planning, growth, and success of this event. The award comes with a logo, banner, and $1000 cash prize that we will put toward next year’s 5th anniversary conference.
