Hello SHPA Families,
Only one full week remains in what has been an exceptional year of new learning, unforeseen challenges, and incomparable growth. Our school community has become more resilient, creative, and united as we faced these unprecedented circumstances together.

Elementary Specialist and Middle School Advisory Flex Day
Final Distance Learning Distribution Day – Packet Collection, Technology Return, Bag Lunches, Return of Known Personal Items
Tuesday, June 2
9:00 a.m. – Noon (2:00 p.m. for MS) Conferences and Completion of any Remaining Learning
2:00 – 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 – 3:30 p.m. – Bloomington Campus Kindergarten Promotion

Wednesday, June 3
9:00 a.m. – Noon (2:00 p.m. for MS) Conferences and Completion of any Outstanding Learning
3:00 – 3:30 p.m. – Richfield Campus Kindergarten Promotion (See homeroom teacher for additional details)
Thursday, June 4
9:00 a.m. – Noon Conferences (2:00 p.m. for MS) and Completion of any Outstanding Learning
3:00 – 3:30 p.m. – 5th Grade Transition Car Parade*

*MDE/MDH guidelines will be followed: these include staying home if you are sick, one household per vehicle, and no individuals leaving their vehicles; staff will be social distancing and wearing masks as well as gloves if necessary.
Friday, June 5

Monday June 8
9:00 a.m. – Noon: Completion of any Outstanding Learning
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m Pickup of Remaining Unknown Personal Items and Drop off of Remaining Learning
6:30 p.m. – 8th Grade Graduation Virtual Ceremony

3:00 – 4:00 p.m. 8th Grade Car Parade*
