This week, our 8th graders participated in the Comprehensive Testing Program (CTP)

This week, our 8th graders participated in the Comprehensive Testing Program (CTP).  The CTP is a nationally-normed program that provides subtests in Reading Comprehension, Mathematics, Science, and Writing. Eighth grade students at Seven Hills complete these assessments every year. One purpose of taking this assessment is to provide our authorizer with a comparison for how our students are doing on a national level. Additionally, some high schools request scores on a nationally-normed assessment to assist with class placement.
